Sidi Abdel Rahman – North Coast
The company launched Marseilia Beach 4 in the summer of 2013 at kilometer 124.5 in Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay, spanning an area of 140 feddans. The project features a collection of chalets, villas, and beachfront mansions with distinctive and unique architectural designs. It also offers fully integrated services, including a hotel and a comprehensive commercial center, in addition to multiple swimming pools and artificial lagoons.
The first phase was delivered in December 2015, the second in 2021, and the third in 2023.
